This Privacy Policy applies to the ChoreMania mobile application ("App") available on iOS and Android, operated under the bundle identifier com.choremania.app. By using ChoreMania, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

ChoreMania requests permission to send push notifications to remind family members of upcoming or overdue chores and new chat messages. You may grant or revoke this permission at any time through your device's system Settings. Disabling notifications will not affect your ability to use the App; you will simply not receive background alerts.
ChoreMania offers optional premium subscription plans processed entirely by Apple (App Store) and Google (Google Play). We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment card details, billing address, or any other financial information. All financial transactions are handled under Apple's and Google's respective privacy policies and terms of service.
Subscription management — including cancellations, upgrades, and refund requests — must be handled directly through your Apple ID or Google account settings. We use RevenueCat as our subscription management platform. RevenueCat receives anonymized purchase receipts and subscription status information to allow the App to unlock premium features. RevenueCat does not receive your name, email, or payment details. You can review RevenueCat's privacy policy at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy.

ChoreMania is designed for use within family units under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction) without verifiable parental consent. Child profiles within the App are created and controlled entirely by the parent or guardian account holder. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information without parental consent, please contact us immediately so we can delete it.
We take data security seriously and implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:
No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes. Your data is used solely to operate and improve ChoreMania.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
ChoreMania is operated from Israel. If you access the App from outside Israel, your data may be transferred to and processed in a country with different data protection laws. By using the App, you consent to this transfer. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for any international data transfers.

By accessing or using ChoreMania (bundle ID: com.choremania.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to use ChoreMania only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes within your family unit. You may not: attempt to reverse-engineer the App, access other users' accounts without authorization, use the App to transmit harmful or illegal content, or interfere with the operation of our servers or services.
Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple or Google on a recurring basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods, but you may cancel at any time through your Apple or Google account. Prices are subject to change with notice.
ChoreMania is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ChoreMania and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
You have the right to delete your ChoreMania account and all associated data at any time. Choose whichever method is easiest for you.
